Helping Hand Nurse, LLC seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to care for home health patients. You will provide one-to-one nursing in patients' homes, follow the plan of care, and educate families while upholding standards of care.

Available shifts include Day, Evening, and Overnight with flexible scheduling; both part-time and full-time options are offered. CPR certification and knowledge of electronic documentation are required.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and active.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
