Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team in a patient-centered setting. You will assist with exams, administer medications, and perform advanced procedures under physician orders.

You will also help with IV therapy within your scope, maintain clean, well-stocked rooms, and collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure quality care. Ideal candidates have an LPN license, BLS certification, and completed Practical Nursing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with state licensure.
• BLS certification required or within 45 days of hire.
• Completed accredited Practical Nursing program.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients for examinations; record vital signs and update health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique and infection-control guidelines.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries.
• Administer medications under orders and manage IV therapy within scope.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies; transport patients as needed.
• Document and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
• Provide patient education on treatments and self-care.
• Engage in care management and quality-improvement activities.
