• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

• Collaborate with RNs, STNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality, patient-centered care.
