About the Role

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting routine assessments. Ideal Candidate

• Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with a current license to practice in the state of Ohio
