Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the Unit Director.

You will assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff, participate in daily unit operations, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed. GA licensure required; geriatric or rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring aLICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
