Job summary
Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our unit. The LPN will help develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and support day-to-day unit operations.
Working with the Unit Director, you will supervise nursing staff as needed and take on leadership responsibilities per shift, ensuring high-quality patient care in a geriatric or rehabilitative setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Provide leadership on the unit per shift as needed.
