Competenze

• Licensed as LPN in NY with current BLS certification.
• 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care.

Mansioni

• Collect data on residents' physical and psychosocial condition and report to RN.
• Develop age-appropriate care plans with input from residents and families.
• Revise plans as needed and coordinate referrals with the care team.
• Mentor/lead others under RN supervision and maintain nursing competencies.
