The role offers a 14-week contract with shift coverage on days, evenings, and nights as required. Wages include $22/hour plus a $735 weekly stipend, totaling roughly $1,615 weekly before taxes.

Required NY LPN licensure, BLS (AHA or RQI), and 1 year of LPN experience with 5x8s rotations. Holiday work is expected. Completes 14 weeks with full-time schedule and 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• NY LPN licensure required.
• BLS certification required (AHA or RQI).
• At least 1 year of LPN experience.
• Rotations: Day/Evening/NOC/W holidays.
• Holiday required.

Responsibilities

• Collects data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and communicates findings to RN and others.
• Contributes to development of a developmentally appropriate and culturally relevant plan of resident care.
• Recommends revisions to the plan of care and identifies referrals to ensure all aspects of care are addressed.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice; participate in mentoring/orientation of staff.
