Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Physician Office in Troy, OH. This full-time, first-shift position supports patient care under supervision, including medication administration, monitoring, and detailed documentation.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current Ohio license and BLS certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days). Experience in acute care or clinical settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current, valid LPN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Assist with medication administration, monitoring and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and recovery.
• Comply with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
• Perform other duties aligned with Kettering Health's mission and B Safe program.
