Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports the care team by collecting patient history and medical information for complete documentation.

• Ensures sterile techniques and safety precautions per Cone Health policies.
• Communicates health care instructions to patients and families to support the care plan.
• Responds to emergencies and safety hazards using PPE and hospital precautions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
