Job summary

SIHF Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Granite City, IL. The LPN will support providers, manage patient flow, and perform essential nursing tasks in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program with IL licensure and current CPR certification; ambulatory care experience is preferred. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are required to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and Illinois license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider with visits, rooming patients, vitals, and point-of-care testing.
• Obtain informed consent and explain procedures clearly.
• Administer and reconcile medications; follow six rights.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and records.
• Identify allergies and communicate with RN/provider.
• Educate patients on vaccines and immunization schedules.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
