Job summary

Beloved Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN for night shift duties to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for on a weekend-focused schedule.

This role offers 4 nights per week (Mon-Thur) with three-day weekends, a consistent schedule, supportive leadership, and opportunities like DailyPay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license (required).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards.
