Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate nurse to join a supportive team in a newly managed facility in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting with ADLs, while documenting care plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Active LPN or RN license in Missouri is required, CPR/BLS certification is current, and experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
