Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time roles. Shifts are 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM, with daily pay and an all-inclusive hourly rate of $34–$45.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing standards and the plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
