Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Regency, A Villa Center. The LPN assumes accountability for a group of residents per shift, delivering licensed care and maintaining care plans under physician orders.

Responsibilities include administering medications, charting, and supervising CNAs to ensure regulatory compliance. CPR certification and an active state LPN license are required; 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required in the state of practice.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Delivers and documents nursing reports at shift changes.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Directs CNAs to ensure care is rendered per regulations.
• Performs resident assessments, interventions, and reviews care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; documents care.
• Charts护理 notes reflecting care provided and patient response.
• Completes admission, transfer, and discharge forms.
• Ensures safety and addresses hazards in resident environment.
• Communicates shift activities and recommendations to the IDT group.
