The Villa Rehab is seeking highly motivated, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated skilled nursing team.
As an LPN at The Villa Rehab, you will play an important role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working alongside nurses, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
We are looking for caring professionals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality resident care.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Provide wound care and other nursing treatments as assigned.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other assigned staff.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing team members.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
Current, unencumbered LPN license required.
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Dependable, responsible, and professional.
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
