Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for a 4-year-old girl in Allison Park, PA.

You will work full-time, days, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, delivering personalized care in a home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, g-tube care, aspiration precautions, monitoring vitals, administering medications, and clear communication with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
