Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing for a 4-year-old child in Allison Park, PA. Day shift, full-time role with one-on-one care in a home setting.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in PA.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months nursing experience (home health preferred).
- CPR certification required.

- Monitor vitals and patient status.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.

- Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
