Job summary

Christwood is seeking a Full-time Day Licensed Practical Nurse (6a–6p) in our Residential Health Center. You will manage the floor and supervise two nursing assistants, handle medicine administration, receive and implement orders, and maintain incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Louisiana and current nursing practice status.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating floor care.
• Proficient in medication administration and order implementation.
• Accurate documentation of incidents and communication with leadership.

• Receive, interpret, and implement physician orders.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and care events.
