Job summary

Riverside Health System in Hampton, Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will perform treatments, monitor vitals, assist with plan of care, and support patient safety.

Candidates should have Practical Nursing credential, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/BLS certification. One year of acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.

In addition, this position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served in assigned unit.
