Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a premier HumanGood Life Plan Community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We offer $30-$36/hour (DOE) with full-time hours on two shift options.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, coordinate with care partners, and help create a safe, engaging environment for residents and staff. Join us to impact daily living and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent).
• Current CPR certification.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

Pay Rate

$30-$36/hour (DOE)

Positions Available

• Full-time, 6 AM - 2 PM, Week 1: Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat; Week 2: Sun., Wed., Thurs., Fri.
• Full-time, 2 PM - 10 PM, Week 1: Sun., Wed., Thurs., Fri; Week 2: Mon., Tues., Wed., Sat.

To Thrive In These Roles, You Should Have

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• PointClickCare (PCC) software experience
• Minimum 6 Mos. experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent)
• Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred
• Current CPR certification
