Qualifications

• LPN licensure required by KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Desire to work with the elderly; geriatric care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and admit/discharge residents.
• Report changes in patient condition and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
