Arma Health and Rehab in Arma, Kansas, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time and full-time positions to deliver total resident care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and supervise NAR staff. Strong HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality are required.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our clinic, providing total care for our residents. You will monitor their condition and needs, administer medications and treatments, oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and complete documentation. You will also report any changes in the condition of residents and maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
