Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical practice or health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam rooms and stocks supplies; prepares procedure trays as needed.
• Triages patient calls and reviews test results and medications.
• Assists providers with procedures and administers injections and immunizations.
• Interviews patients, records visit reason, and educates patients per RHPA standards.
• Performs routine lab tests, prepares specimens, and maintains CLIA-compliant documentation.
