Job summary

Reid Health Physician Associates in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to be the first point of care in the provider's office, assisting with patient procedures and routine lab tests.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, preparing exam rooms, recording visits and medications, administering injections and immunizations, taking vital signs, and supporting care coordination to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN).
• One year experience in a medical practice or health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam rooms for patient use and stocks supplies.
• Triages patient calls and reviews test results.
• Assists provider with procedures and may perform routine labs.
• Administers EKGs, injections, immunizations, venipunctures.
• Records visits and prepares necessary forms and documentation.
• Maintains lab and specimen handling per CLIA standards.
