VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse for the Homeless Domiciliary (HDOM). The role involves providing nursing care under RN/MD supervision and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants must have an approved LPN/LVN program, valid licensure, and demonstrate English proficiency for direct patient care. Citizenship and VA qualification standards apply. Positions may be filled at GS-03 to GS-06 levels.

Formación

• Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the State agency.
• Active, full, current and unrestricted licensure as an LPN/LVN in the United States or DC.
• English language proficiency for direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical nursing care to patients in HDOM.
• Administer medications and document care as per policy.
• Collaborate with RNs and MDs to ensure quality patient care.
