MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing in patients' private homes in the Dallas, TX area. Under supervision, you will deliver care per physician orders and the treatment plan, performing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities include medication administration, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the RN and health team. Valid LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an approved program reflecting ability to perform job duties.
• Holds a valid/unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification as per agency policy and reliable transportation.
