TLC Care Center in Henderson, NV is seeking compassionate LPNs for PRN schedules to join our clinical team. Earn $29.00–$34.66/hr with shift differentials, daily pay access, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NV is required.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Track and review patient history and vital signs.
• Coach staff as necessary.
