Job summary

The Baroco Corporation in Oxford, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time, on-site work. The role involves direct care, teaching skills, and coordinating with the Health Care Supervisor and Program Director to support adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, and documentation, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 9:00am–3:00pm. A Massachusetts LPN license and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts LPN license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and assist transfers.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach targeted skills to program participants.
• Provide direct care and assist with ADLs, feeding, and mobility.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Observe and report changes in health status to the RN and supervisors.
• Complete nursing documentation daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide nursing coverage and support classroom operations as needed.
