Job summary

The Baroco Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, on-site role in Holyoke, MA. The LPN will support adults with developmental disabilities by providing direct care, teaching skills, and assisting with medical needs under supervision.

Responsibilities include administering medications, observing health status, and maintaining nursing documentation, with cross-site coverage as needed. A Massachusetts LPN license and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts LPN License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• 33 paid days off annually, including 24 PTO days and 9 paid holidays.
• Health Insurance and 401(k) after 3 months; dental after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct care and support medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Observe health changes and report to RN and families.
• Maintain nursing documentation daily, weekly, monthly.
• Cross-site nursing coverage as needed.
