We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 clinical support. In this role, you will be the primary medical point of contact, ensuring safety, and helping the individual achieve their daily goals. The LPN will provide 1:1 individualized nursing support, including during transportation to and from Turners Falls to Baroco located in Hadley, Ma.
The LPN works under the supervision of the Health Care Supervisor (RN) and Program Director.
