Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Licensed RN with New Hampshire eligibility.
• BLS certificate required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Advocate for patients and uphold autonomy per the ANA Code of Ethics.
• Engage in governance and contribute to practice improvement.
• Precept and mentor team members and support nursing leadership.
