Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents health status and vital signs; collaborates with RN/physicians for any special medical needs.
• Tracks monthly appointments, accompanies residents as needed, and maintains medical reports in the database.
• Ensures medication supplies are stocked and stored properly; follows safety procedures.
