Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee on-duty care staff, manage shift changes and medication counts, and assist the Wellness Director with nursing-related duties. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid as $500 after 60 days and $500 after 6 months) and rewards referrals with incentive programs.

This position emphasizes compassionate elder care, scheduling flexibility, and providing residents with a rewarding lifestyle and companionship

Responsibilities

• During your shift, you will oversee the care staff on duty, shift change reports, scheduling, medication counts, administering medication to the residents that require this service, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed.
