Senior Solutions Management Group is seeking a dedicated nursing supervisor to oversee on-site care staff, manage shift change reports, and ensure accurate medication counts for residents in our Tennessee communities.

The role involves coordinating schedules, administering medications as needed, and rounding on residents while assisting the Wellness Director with nursing-related duties. We offer flexible schedules and referral incentives to our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursing care or assisted living setting.
• Ability to supervise care staff and coordinate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care staff on duty and manage shift change reports.
• Handle scheduling and medication counts for residents.
• Administer medications to residents as required.
• Routinely round on residents and assist Wellness Director.
• Support the team with nursing-related duties and referrals.

Responsibilities:

During your shift, you will oversee the care staff on duty, shift change reports, scheduling, medication counts, administering medication to the residents that require this service, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed.
