Senior Solutions Management Group in Tennessee seeks a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to supervise care staff in our senior communities. You will oversee on-duty staff, manage shift change reports, scheduling, and medication counts, and administer medications as required.

The role supports the Wellness Director with nursing-related duties and offers flexible schedules, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and referral incentives.

\*\*\$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS\*\* ($500.00 dollars paid after 60 days and the final payout of $500, after 6 months)

Responsibilities:

During your shift, you will oversee the care staff on duty, shift change reports, scheduling, medication counts, administering medication to the residents that require this service, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed.
