Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team on all shifts. This role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
