Job summary

Bridgeview Center in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring residents receive quality care in accordance with standards.

This full/part-time role includes administering medications, monitoring resident changes, documenting assessments in the EMR, and collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team; weekend and holiday availability is required, with

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of employment.
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor, record, and report changes in resident condition.
Document assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record.
Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Support the nursing team to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
