Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and written plans.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
