Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rhode Island offers RN and LPN roles with full-time and part-time options. Compensation includes hourly rates and shift differentials, with Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits.

Must hold a multi-state RN/LPN license and valid BLS CPR certification. You'll provide compassionate, resident-centered care, follow care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes in a 106-bed sub-acute/long-term

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island or multi-state CT.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, and 11 pm- 7 am

Daily Pay!

$5 PIB

$1.50 Shift Diff for 3 PM - 11 PM

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM - 7 AM

RN: $40-55/Hour (all inclusive)

LPN: $35-49/Hour (all inclusive)

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
