Qualifications

• Must be an LPN with active Iowa licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient health conditions, monitor vitals, and update EHRs.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Coordinate the work of CNAs.
