Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN-accredited program and licensed as LPN/LVN in Tennessee.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, or ED.
• Willingness to work second shift (approx. 12 PM–8 PM or 1 PM–9 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of healthcare providers.
• Perform medication administration, wound care, specimen collection as ordered.
• Maintain equipment, infection control, and patient records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
