Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and abilities.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
