Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring LPNs for our 109-bed skilled nursing facility. Competitive pay up to $34.25/hour, Daily Pay, health insurance, PTO, and holiday pay are offered, with flexible scheduling and 401(k).

Walk-in interviews daily 10 AM–3 PM (except Thursday). Responsibilities include admissions, medications, infections control, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfer of residents
• Medication requisitions and administration
• Follow infection control and center policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes
• Identify and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain documentation and plan of care per state regulations
• Supervise care provided by licensed nursing personnel as needed
