Qualifications

• LPN license (State or Multistate) required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy.
• Supervise care under state Nurse Practice Act as applicable.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative needs.
• Collect data, observe, and report pertinent patient information.
• Implement and evaluate patient plan of care per regulations.
• Direct and supervise care by other nursing staff when needed.
• Maintain documentation requirements and equipment knowledge.
• Protect patient/resident confidentiality and rights.
