Qualifications

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart).
• Able to calculate drug dosage.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per resident plan of care under RN supervision.
• Coordinate, implement and evaluate care with the team.
• Maintain resident safety and supervise nursing assistants as needed.
