Job summary

North Shore Health's Twin Ports Health Services in Superior, WI is seeking a compassionate LPN for full-time, part-time and casual roles across all shifts. Under RN supervision, you will deliver resident-centered care and help coordinate plans with the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Must have and maintain CPR certification.
• Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.).
• Able to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision and implement care plans.
• Adhere to standards of care and supervise nursing assistants as assigned.
• Perform duties defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
