- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Must meet department competencies and CEU requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
