Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a team of dedicated colleagues whose camaraderie builds community and long-lasting relationships with residents and staff.

Flexible per diem hours on all shifts, with pay ranging from $34.75/hr to $38.75/hr, while supporting resident independence and coordinating care with providers per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; elder care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Monitors health changes and reports to care team.
• Directs daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead RCAs in all job aspects.
• Coordinates care with community providers.
• Balances service with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse and reports as required.
• Responds to emergencies and uses response system.
