Job summary

Rose Meadows Health and Rehab Center in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a compassionate LPN for part-time shifts. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff in a SNF setting. Shifts are 7:00a–7:00p or 7:00p–7:00a with weekend warrior options.

Wage ranges from $36.00 to $39.00 per hour, with a $4.00 weekend differential. On-demand or weekly pay options are available, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure quality care in accordance with standards and policies.
